As a psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience, I offer a compassionate, skilled, and thoughtful approach to therapy. I hold a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman’s University and provide individual counseling services to adults of diverse ages and life circumstances. My areas of focus and interest include: anxiety, trauma and complex PTSD, dissociative conditions, depression and emotional numbness, chronic pain and psychophysiological concerns, grief and loss, cultural, gender, and identity concerns, relationship issues and communication struggles, as well as life transitions and personal growth.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of authenticity, connection, and safety. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world, deepen self-understanding, and work toward meaningful change.
I provide integrative, depth-oriented therapy that blends evidence-based and experiential practices. My approach draws from: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Ego State Therapy / Parts Work, Clinical Hypnosis (Certified), Somatic Therapies & Body-Based Awareness, Attachment-Based & Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, as well as Cognitive & Behavioral Tools.
Each therapy process is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking support for current challenges or exploring deeper patterns that affect your sense of self and relationships, we will work collaboratively toward healing and growth.
Cultural humility, intersectionality, and affirmation are integral to my work. I view therapy as not only a path toward individual healing but also an act of reclaiming voice, agency, and wholeness. As such, I honor the lived experiences, identities, and values that shape each person’s story. I am committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care to people of color, Indigenous individuals, those with disabilities, neurodivergent people, LGBTQ+ and gender diverse individuals, and people of all faiths, spiritual backgrounds, and worldviews.
Therapy isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about showing up, being real, and doing the work together. I’d be honored to be a part of your journey.
