Hello and welcome to Processus. My name is Jeannette and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a therapist, I bring not only professional training and experience to the work I do but also a deeply personal understanding of the challenges many of us face: emotionally, physically, and relationally. My clinical background includes training in trauma, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization), IFS (Internal Family Systems Theory), Somatic Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and mindfulness-based practices. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, and life transitions with a focus on the bigger picture; where I seek to understand your story and how different parts of your life connect and impact each other. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in both evidence-based practice and lived wisdom and my goal is to co-create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to change. My clients often describe me as someone who ‘gets it’ because I don’t just talk theory; I’ve walked through the emotional and sometimes the mental and physical pain of healing and transformation, which is what has led me to do this work. Whether you’re facing internal battles and experience negative patterns in your life, are feeling disconnected from your sense of self (lacking confidence and acceptance), or struggling to find your voice in relationships or work, I will meet you with acceptance and respect. I believe therapy works best when it’s authentic-when we’re not afraid to be real. If you’re looking for a therapist who combines clinical skills with honest, heart-centered connection, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
